You’ll recall that Apple recently sued smart phone maker HTC for patent infringement and HTC said that it will defend itself. We’ll circle the wagons HTC, because the International Trade Commission is going to investigate Apple’s claims. This is going to take a while so don’t expect a quick resolution to this. My question is this: Will Google come to the rescue of HTC as this is really an attack on Google by proxy?
Anyone care to take bets on this?
